"STROIKOREKT" sole owner limited liability company is the successor of sole trader "Chris - Miroslav Dilov" Sofia. Established at the end of 1999, the company is managed and represented by engineer Miroslav Mitkov Dilov, a civil engineer, majored in "Constructions".

The company's subject of activity covers the construction work of residential and industrial buildings ,business centres, reconstruction work and repairs. Between 1999 - 2004 the company established itself in the construction  industry as one sticking closely to the underlying company principles such as:

• Good faith relations with INVESTORS, achieved by fulfilling all obligations the company has assumed in the construction and fitting.

• Timely and high quality fulfilment of the contracted construction works.

• Strict adherence to working projects and their fulfilment according to Bulgarian State Standard.

• Successful application of in-company control over quality and constant drive for higher quality through regular checks on already finished construction and fitting and correcting possible faults.

• Responsible attitude to commitments to INVESTORS, as well as giving no priority to major projects at the expense of minor ones.

• Application of up-to-date technologies and materials in construction and fitting.

• Maintenance and constant renovation of the company's equipment.
