Location of the building - Construction part as follows: 100% complete, according to the approved working design.  

 Architectural part as follows:                     

 Walls and ceilings with plaster ground coat, no paint. Flooring evened out with cement mortar layer. PVC joinery. Armoured entrance door with a recodable combination locks. Inside doors laminated MDF.

  INSTALLATIONS:

Heating - vertical and horizontal pipe connections for central heating, installed aluminium radiators. Water supply and sewerage systems - installation completed to end taps, installed cold and hot water meters, no faience, no mixing taps. Power supply installation - completed, with outlets for switches, sockets and lamps, apartment electricity installation board and two-rate electric meter. Telephone system installation - completed.

 The completion of all supply systems - power, water and sewerage is the liability of the contractor and chargeable to him.

The company does completion works against additional payment. A possibility for payment in installments over the construction period.
